*** East Midlands Ambulance Service ***

Last week we were very fortunate to have a visit from Tim, a friendly paramedic from the East Midlands Ambulance Service. Our Pre-School children have been learning about the human body, so the visit was extra special and helped us to learn even more!

Tim showed us how the heart monitor machine tracks our heart beat, we enjoyed bandaging each other’s arms and legs, we tried on a neck brace, an oxygen mask and a rather large arm splint.

Flashing ambulance lights, blown up gloves with faces on, sick bowl hats and wearing the paramedic uniform were making us all giggle.
