Sammi and her Robins have been happy singing & listening to music:

"In Robins we have been singing and playing with musical instruments. The children’s favourite songs are the Tambourine song, Sleeping bunnies and If you are happy and you know it. We have also been using the music sack with puppets, the children can recognise the songs by the puppet.

We extended our music play by making our own shakers. The Robins children chose an empty bottle out of a bag, they then had the choice of what to fill it with. We had rice, pasta, lentils and colourful cut up straws. They used spoons to fill the bottles, they then painted the outside of the bottle"
